Square orders from a custom item are routing payments to inactive location

Basically what the title says. I have integrated a third party booking tool into my transportation business website and when I ran a test payment today, the payment got routed to an inactive location that I didn't even realize I had. I've have talked to 18-20 support agents today via both phone call and chat support and not one person could solve my issue. I am beyond frustrated. The developer of the booking tool software I use says that there is nothing on his end that he can look into. It indeed does seem to be a Square issue. I have no idea what else to try. Ideas?
