Some of my online customers are receiving an error message that says "Webpage not available" while others are having no problem at all.
What's going on here and how do I fix this???

Some customers are unable to access my events page to purchase tickets to events that are coming up. Others have no problem.
This is the error message that someone sent to me.
Here is a direct link to my webpage that is glitchy:

Any help is greatly appreciated! I feel like I missed out on a lot of ticket sales because of this issue. I'm thinking it has to do with what web browser people are using?
Thanks!
Melissa
