Trying to start using Square, Cant get beyond the Decline to take Credit Card screen.

CAnt figure out what I need to add or to be able edit, to get the system to allow us to use Square to process  credit card funds paying for lodging services.  Caught in a loop, and can deactivate the account to try again.

Hi DGMC,

You may want to provide a few more details - for example what hardware setup do you have?  Are you using just the smartphone app and a reader or an iPad w/stand, reader, etc.   Assuming you setup your Square account - providing more details would be helpful as there are many options available for processing transactions.

@DGMC If you give me a bit more details I can most likely help you

1) Do you use the Square POS app on an iPhone or Android or do you use Square Register or another square system

2) Is your square account set up?
