Square reader lost in transit

I ordered a card reader on February 6th and it shipped on February 7th. DHL quickly took it from Kentucky to Texas and potentially handed it off to USPS... I'm in Colorado. It's now March. DHL is still showing in transit. I have switched back to taking payment via Venmo because of this ridiculous delay. It shouldn't take a month to get a reader!

I totally understand your concern.

Sorry to hear that it's taking so long for your reader to arrive. There are a few ways we could go about correcting this for you. If you'd like, our support could place you an order for a new reader today. The alternative option would be for you to go into one of our Authorized Retailers and purchase the reader for $10 and be reimbursed by the code in the packaging.
