Referral AND $300 terminal fee credit?

Okay, so I was referred by another Square user. I get free processing for up to $1000 in sales in the first 180 days. Now my question is the credit for the Square terminal that I am about to order. I am told I will get $300 in fees applied to my account for the first 180 days... How does that work when I am getting the referral bonus?

they will stack,  the referral bonus is $27.50 worth of fees in the end on $1,000 processed, but the terminal is $300 worth of fees so about $10,000 in sales processed.

When I use that link to Current Offers I don't see any active ... how do I start the $300 Terminal credit?
