How do I set different hours for different locations?

I'm trying to set up an online store where customers will pick up at two mobile locations, but we are at each location every other week. Items for sale at each location are identical. I can't see a way to set up pickup locations that don't have a regular weekly schedule. Is there a way to do this with Square ecommerce?

Noticed no one has answered.  I believe you will have to setup Square locations.  My wife has an Salon type Square store with bookings, she also does mobile appointments.  With the locations set, then you could select which location (or customer can select) to pickup the products from.  I know each location can have separate hours.
