Faster response time options

I use the Free Squareup plan for my online sales website and love it but frequently customers complain that response time is often extremely slow or sometimes the site doesn't appear at all Does anyone know if Professional plan use a different server? (i.e. something that would have a faster response time). Thanks for any thoughts you can share.

HI, the Free Plan is the Online Store platform with Paid Plans building from there.  The store grows with you, so there are paid options to expand as needed.

Square is a very popular, easy to use platform.  It does experience very heavy use during the busiest parts of the day.  I believe everyone has experience system lag a few times, as all platforms will.
