Feature Request: Create Shipping Rate by Delivery Postcode

Hi 

The cost we incur for shipping varies significantly depending on postcode.

Is there any way to set the amount we charge customers based on postcode ?

All i can see at the moment is the ability to set different rates for different States (e.g. NSW, Victoria, Western Australia) but in reality it costs us more to send a parcel from where we are in NSW to regional NSW than it does from where we are in NSW to metro Western Australia...

I'm so sorry for the delay in getting back to you in this thread! It seems like my escalation got "lost in the mail," especially with a few team members being out on leave. 😓

While my preliminary investigation suggests this feature isn't yet on the roadmap, I'm going to raise this a second time to see if we can get further movement here. Please bear with me while I dig a little deeper into this.

Thank you for your patience as I gathered more information about shipping rates from my team.

I want to let you know that the Square Online team is aware of this feedback, and they've assured me that they are currently working on improving shipping options within the Square Online platform. Unfortunately, I don't have a specific timeline for when these changes will be implemented. If I receive any further updates from my end, I'll be sure to let you know here.

In the meantime, I'm going to move this thread to our Square Online Feature Request board so that we can better track this feedback with my team.

Just reading this as it's a feature that I would also require to switch my store to Square Online.
