Howโ€™s your waitlist option working for you?

Hey people of square!!! I have been taking advantage of the new waitlist feature. I find I still do a lot of manual moving and booking even with the waitlist but itโ€™s a great way to keep those request in one safe place (vs some from insta, msgner, email, txts ext.) How about you? What do you like about the feature and is it helping you!?

I also like that it keeps things in one place, but i would LOVE if it could remind me of my waitlist people that might want an appointment when i get a cancellation

I like our waitlist option. I'd like it to be easier to simply drop the request into the appointment scheduler.  I have to go back and forth between the waitlist and the calendar when booking an appointment with multiple services. And I'm finding that it doesn't always message the client when a space is available.

 

Ease is the key.

I currently use the waitlist and it's setup to send notifications to my guest as soon as there is a cancellation. This allows me to stay completely hands off with booking. I would suggest checking your waitlist settings to toggle on notifications for openings occur. That way guest can continue to book on their own.
