I keep receiving emails and texts asking me to reverify my account however, when I click the link it takes me to a dead end. I have contacted Square but I haven't gotten a response back. Has anyone encountered this?

Is there any update on this? I'm experiencing the same issue, and Ill add that when I click on the notification from the dashboard it just redirects me back to the dashboard. I also have 0 info requests coming from square.
I am experiencing the same issue, and have had no help from customer support. The deadline is coming up fast - has there been a solution found?
I have heard absolutely nothing from customer support. I received a ONLY TWO WEEKS LEFT urgent email today. I'm at a total loss here ...
Similar here. And about a month ago the notification disappeared from my dashboard so I had hoped all was good.
I have received a response from customer support - by email an agent said they were escalating the issue to someone who can help. That was over a month ago, I have sent follow-up emails and not had a response.
Today I tried calling - there is no option to speak to a person. I did go through the online chat, the agent said she escalated it to someone who can help. I did get a ticket number this time so I have some hope. She did give me a customer service number to call, but it was just the US version and had no option to speak to anybody.
I hope this gets resolved otherwise this will cause a lot of headaches with our on-site staff and customers.
@RobynR Anything? This issue was logged three months ago and this is getting ridiculous.
