Image Alt Tag

Hi,can't figure out how to add Image Alt Tags to my photo's.Do you have to sign up for one of the subscription packages to be able to do it? I'm just starting out so just doing to free site right now.After watching SEO Weebly video's on youtube,i see that half of the SEO stuff they show in the video's are nowhere to be found on my free Weebly site.So just wondering if the all the SEO choices are not on the free site..Thanks.

Can u screen shot  ur editor page

Do u have newer editor experience  or original weebly editor?

Left click the image     . Scroll down to ADVANCED, CLICK    add ur alt text   where it says PICTURE

U cant add  alt text to store images

It looks like you are using the new editor, @LeeNeeMeeNee Can you let us know what type of image you are editing? Or let us know the page name and screenshot the image as @whitemonkey suggested? I think it depends on what section you are editing. For example, if you are editing the Item Details section, you would click on the image and add the alt text on the left side panel.
