URGENT! i can't update my site address

URGENT! 

I have tried so many times to connect my site and my domain but failed. I have updated the A records to point to Weebly but when i tried to change my site name, it just won;t budge. Copied a new site and tried to point (purchased another 1 month plan just to try it out!! ) yet it also won't let me update the site name. 

I can't tell you how many times I've gone to my site settings in Weebly, clicked "Change site name" and gone through the steps to connect a domain but the name just won't "stick" to my site. It's super frustrating as it has been a week since i tried to connect my site and it's actually urgent because i have a major exhibition coming up and my website shows error 404! This is no good ! 

The current site adress is a gibberish www.adfadsfasfdaf.com (which i didn't key in and i do not know how it got there) and the site address i want is www.biotreebiotechnology.com.

Can ANYONE help me out? Really appreciate it. 

PS: Will change to Wix if i can't solve the issue. Customer service has not been responding to my query,

Do you have more than one account, @blupi82? It looks like you do and you have the domain assigned to a site in that account.

Dear @Adam, Yes i do have another account using the same domain, but i have already unpublished the website. I tried to delete the site name and of course, i face the same problem like previously faced and i am unable to delete it. Can you assist to delete at your end and update the new one? Old account: chan9999@gmail.com New account: biotreebiotechnology@gmail.com Appreciate your assistance @Adam. Hopefully i can get it live as soon as possible.

Dear @Adam, 

I went to delete the old site with my domain and then updated the new account with the same domain, i finally got it live. Thank you for assisting me to do some amendments in the site. I appreciate it!
