Old website being loaded

Hi

My subscription to Weebly is up to date

Entering the URL into a browser loads an old website

Publishing the website and clicking on the generated link loads the correct website

But entering the website url in a browser still loads the old website

I cannot find where to log the problem with Weebly.  Going to help simply offers various knowledge bases.  Can anyone at least point me in the direction of logging this quesry with Weebly

What are the URLs you are referring to?

the screen on the right is the old website that loads.  The screen is the new/correct site that should load.  The correct site has been working for many years, but suddenly it has disappeared and the old site loads.
