Only one team member at a time able to clock in or out

Our POS system was working fine until Wednesday, 11.26.2025.  Now, as of 11.26.2025,  it only allows one user at a time to be logged in instead of multiple employees via the 4-digit passcode.  We did not change any of our settings.  Employees are unable to sign in so that their hours are logged.... any help on current version 6.82sw would be appreciated... Thanks.
