I see a balance for state payroll withholding Tax, I thought Square Payroll handled this!

Hey all,

I use Square Payroll.  I see that payroll tax is withheld, so I assumed that Square would be paying this.  But when I look at my State Tax Portal, It says I owe withholding tax.  Can you help me understand this?
