Issues with Item Variations on Square Online Store

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: Any Variations on my website!!

 

I choose all the variations I needed for one item and everything is validated for my square one line! But when I checked out on the website there are any variations showing for my item??

Can you help me?

Hello @frenchifornia !

 

I want to make sure I’m understanding correctly. You’ve entered all the variations but when you look at the site as a customer would you don’t see them?

 

If that’s the case, chances are your web browser is looking at an old version of your webpage. Clear the cookies and cache, close and restart the browser, and all should be fine.

Thanks for your answer, you understood perfectly!

 

I did exactly what you said on my 2 browsers "google" and "Safari", but it's the same.

 

I also tried to cancel the items and the variations and created new ones but nothing changed.

 

Do you have another ideas?? Thanks 

 

I add the picture of the web site also with our the variations I selected in the item!

Hello @frenchifornia !

 

You're right: I'm viewing your website and I'm not seeing any variations either. Interesting....

 

 

Can you try two things for me:

-Change the background color from black to something lighter. When I reload the page, I see a flash of a lighter grey box under the "Not accepting orders" line. That should be where the list of variations go. There may have been a missed color pick somewhere; this is a good way to see it.

 

-In the past, for food pages, we had to set up the page to show all items at once versus showing categories. I think that's been fixed, but it's worth trying it. On your web editor, click the gear icon in the top right of the left sidebar and choose Switch Template and choose Order Online. There are (were?) some back end coding tweaks that cause the food pages to not show correctly when they are set as Shop All.

 

If either of these don't work, your best bet honestly would be to call into customer service. They can dig further into your specific account than we can in a public forum.

Thanks for help, sincerely!

 

I found what was the problem, it's because of the website didn't accept orders! I tried to turn on to accept orders for a moment and all the variations appeared!!
