Any idea how to get a missing balance resolved
Does anyone know how to reach someone regarding balances that show as transaction, but disappeared shortly after settling? Square took $351.02 from my balance, and I cant find a record of why, they then deducted $402.19 from my checking account, again with no reason given. There are no disputes or charge backs, and every time I reach someone they say they will look into it and get back to me, it's been 11 days. I see that Square has had some issues like this n the past, but was hoping to get a resolution as to where $753.21 can go without a transactional record on their end.

How did you reach out to them? Was it email, phone, or messaging? Did they say they would need to escalate this to Account Services? 11 days seems a bit long to track something like this down.
