how to print cash receipt from ipad to the terminal

So i want to print a receipt for cash transactions, but there is no option on the terminal.

i use the Ipad to do the process and want to use the terminal for the transaction, i didn read in another post there was a option to make terminal print all receipts but seems to be a feature that was removed?

can someone help me? i want the terminal to print receipts for everything

If you are using the Square Terminal with an iPad and would like to print receipts for cash payments selected on the iPad, please ensure the following settings are completed in advance:

 

  • Both the Square Terminal and iPad are updated to their latest versions.

  • On the iPad, go to Settings > Hardware > Square Terminal > Print receipts, and ensure it is set to ON.

  • On the Square Terminal, make sure it is displaying the Square-provided screen. Place your finger on the left edge of the screen and slide it to the right. Then go to Settings > Hardware > Printer > Receipts and confirm that Use this printer for receipts is set to ON.

Please note that account details cannot be confirmed via the Square Seller Community. We kindly ask that you contact Square Support directly for further assistance.

on the ipad after Settings > Hardware > Square Terminal there isnt a print receipts option, only option is 'skip itemized cart' 

i also checked the printers section and i cannot add the square terminal to the list under Settings > Hardware > Printers

If you are seeing the option “Skip itemized cart” only on your Square Terminal, it is likely that your POS is currently set to Square Retail Mode.

While receipt printing is available for cash transactions in Standard Mode, we regret to inform you that this functionality is currently not supported in Retail Mode.
