The payment method specified was [d 払い], but the return value shows [PayPay]

When we implemented "cashless payment" in CRM, we paid with [d払い], but we received a [Paypay] return.

 

When transferring the payment result return value to us, which interface was used, and which item in that is the payment method?

However, in cases like the one you mentioned—where a payment was intended to be processed via d払い in a face-to-face transaction, but was instead processed through PayPay, which is not the usual behavior—please first check whether your Square POS app and your iOS or Android OS are updated to the latest versions. If you are using Square Terminal, Square Stand, or Square Register, please ensure the software is also up to date.

 

If the issue occurred even with the latest versions, we kindly ask that you contact Square Support directly for assistance.
