Someone made a fake square account and charged my dad over the course of 2 months totaling $2700.

My dad's caregiver made a fake square account and charged my dad over the course of 2 months totaling $2700+. How do I report the theft and report the account to Square so they can not do this to more people? He does not have a square account and they entered his card details manually.

Sorry this happened to your dad. This sounds like you need to go to the police. You should start by closing the card. If it was a credit card you might be able to dispute the charges. If it was debit, you probably won't get the money back. Good luck!

Agree with @essentialnails 100%.   Start by calling the police and cancelling the card.  Report the card charges and disputed and go from there.  It sounds like nothing is stopping the perpetrator from doing the same thing in another POS system to other people.  Getting that person arrested should help.

Also, in disputing the charges, this should send a red flag to Square, and from that point you should be able to get in touch with someone at Square to explain the entire situation, and hopefully get this person shut down at Square at least.
