Sales Tax Showing in Reports but not in Sales Tax ...

I'm having a Sales Tax Amount showing up in my Sales Tax Reports that is not set up in my Sales Tax Accounts. How did it get there? How do I get it out? It just says the name of my state on it.

@greenlance123 are you doing online orders through the website? Those taxes can be set to be calculated automatically.
