So i have been getting a myriad of dispute claims against my business OBVIOUSLY they are scam emails... I have escalated these enquiries to my support Account manager who enjoys never actually connecting with us. No return calls or calls at agreed times... I personally am concerned about the integrity of this platform especially after we all had a massive disruption.
Or in this new world are we at a level of general non support and non service in todays world.
I would like to know how every one else feels about this, and a 24 hour outage with next to no explanation or compensation to the millions affected.
