My account was deactivated with 5800 dollars pending

I have a 5800 dollar charge that was a ach sat for 5 days then when I cleared square closed my account and wouldn’t let me refund to my client but it would refund to gift cards. But now my business account is closed and I have 5800 dollars worth of e gift cards I can only uuss at my pos

Have you spoken with Square Customer Support about this?  I think that they may be able to re open your account and get the funds trasnferred so you can refund your customer.

I have the same problem and so far it has been impossible to find a real person to talk to. The ai chats just give me a generic useless response.
