How to receive free processing after filling out Square survey

Hello, did anyone get the square email where they offered the 90 days free merchant fees in August 2025 if you fill out the survey???

if so can you copy and paste it with the date sent so that I can send it to them .. Square personnel are now denying they did it and refusing to honour the 90 day free merchant fees

I'm sorry to hear this @Animals1!

Typically, the free processing should be applied automatically after the survey is filled out. Would you remember roughly what the questions were about, or have any screenshot of the email or survey? Having that will definitely help me to narrow down which team might have send this out. 

Another thing that might also help: when you have a moment, could you take a look on your Dashboard under Settings > Account & Settings > Get free processing? From here, if you click View past rewards, it should show a full history of all the free processing awards that have been applied to your account.
