Hey there! My Shop All page was totally fine until I tried to add a new section to it, and it completely removed the Item List section. I can't seem to figure out how to get it back. I've closed out and restarted a few times, and I've deleted the shop all page and re-added it a few times as well. It's still not there. Can anyone help with this? It's kind of a big thing to lose LOL!

This certainly isn’t an ideal scenario, so let’s see if we can get it sorted out for you!
It sounds like you added a new section while editing your Shop All page. In my testing, the expected behaviour is that any new section appears above or below the default Item List section that comes with the Shop All page. Are you saying that adding a new section caused the Item List section to disappear entirely, while the Shop All page remained?
To compare, I deleted my own Shop All page completely. After removing it, I clicked the + button > Page > Shop (the Shop All page appears as “Shop” in this menu). When re-added, the default Shop All page, including the Item List section, returned automatically.

In the meantime, here are a few settings you can double-check:
1. Verify item visibility: Sign in to Square Dashboard, navigate to Items & services (or Items & menus or Items & inventory) > Items > Item library, select an existing item, under Where it's sold check the site visibility to ensure the item is listed as Visible.
2. Validate your site’s linked location: Ensure the location connected to your Square Online site has a validated physical address, and use the address validation tool to correct any validation errors and update the location if needed.
3. Manually re-sync your items: You can trigger a manual re-sync by toggling the item’s online visibility OFF and then ON again, noting that item-setting changes generally take about 1 hour to sync while location-setting changes can take up to 24 hours.

I'm having this same issue on a client site. The "Item List" section/block of the Shop All page is missing. I've tried everything possible, including deleting and re-adding the Shop All page, changing the Shop All page template from "Shop All (Retail features)" to "Order Online (Restaurant features)" and back, unpublishing and republishing the site. Nothing has helped. Items will show on the Online/Restaurant features template, but not the Shop all template. The item list block is missing and there's no option to add it back to the page. Screenshot below:
Mine is exactly the same as yours! I have also done the same things with no luck. I cannot find any solutions on how to resolve this either which is so frustrating! I was hoping there might be someone who had managed to get this resolved. Fingers crossed that we can get this sorted out.
Unfortunately I was not able to find a solution. I was forced to delete and recreate the site from scratch. Very annoying and not ideal at all. I'd advise anyone against trying to make any changes to that page, because it will bug out entirely and you'll end up with the same problem we've experienced.
