I can't login to our Square account

My login does not connect to our business. There are NO transaction to be found.

Hi @BillT - I'm sorry to hear that this issue has brought you to the Seller Community 😞

It sounds like you could have made a second Square account by mistake and this is why you're not able to see your history.
It's difficult to pinpoint what's happening exactly without looking at your account with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.
