Why aren't my items showing up on my Online Store?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Why arent my items showing up]

 

how do I get my items in my online store? They never transferred over? So I go under website or store editor? I've tried both! Not sure why this is so difficult compared to squares old store

Did you create your items straight from the online store editor, or from the dashboard?

They were all from my original square store that I had set up years ago.
