Syncing weebly website purchases to the square account and balance

So I have finished making the weebly website and syncing the square ecommerce page as well but there is a few things that don't seem to be working. Every time someone buys off the weebly website, it does not synchronize to the square account or balance... I have tried making a payment directly through the square ecommerce page and that synced perfectly. It is just that the weebly website purchases are not going to the square balance or account... I bought something from the my own website and nothing went to the square balance or account, I can only see that a purchase was made and how much on the weebly overview page but no access to the money... I would really appreciate it if someone can help me out with this... Whether it is going into my account and modifying what needs to be done or telling me what to do. Thank you!

We might be able to point you in the right direction here, if we're able to view your website. The most common reason I hear for this happening is when someone has accidentally created a second Square account.
