Stock not reducing in square when online sale made? showing as Uncatorgorised amount on end of day

When we sell an item on line through weebly the the stock is not reduced in square.  On the sales report it is showing as an uncatergorised item. Can anyone help

Hi @TodTIC, thank you for reaching out! When you are using the Square Online site, the stock should be sync automatically between Square and the website, so any sales made through the Online site will deduce the stock number on Square's end.

 

Can you let me know how Square was integrates with your website initially? How Square was added can determined the sync settings, so that could be the issue.

When signed into Weebly we selected 'Settings', then 'Checkout'. We selected to integrate our Weebly website with Square from the partners listed. We clicked the 'Connect' button and our Square account is shown as 'Connected'.

 

We were led to believe that by connecting our Weebly shop to our Square account our inventory would be updated automatically. Is this not the case? If not, please can you tell us what we need to do to make this happen?
