Products "Not Available"- how to fix??

Hi!

I have a new store and everything seems to be set up correctly. See here.

The issue I have though is that when I go to make a purchase on any of the items, it lists the item as 'Not Available'.

 

Part 2; there is no need for inventory as I am getting these products made after all purchases are done. How do I turn the inventory off altogether??

PROBLEM SOLVED: I needed to change the shipping method of each item to "Shipping" (not "Pick Up") in order for the inventory to be recognized. It works now.

I also have a made to order business and do not need inventory listed. How did you turn that option off? 
Is there a way the customer can still place order?

Hey @Tgardai - In your Square Online Store it's possible to sell an item online without a stock number added. When creating an Item, skip over the “Stock” section. The item should still show as "Available" on your website.

I had the same problem. You can have both Pickup and Shipping checked and it works also. I just tried it and it works fine.

Hi. This is an older post but I'm hoping someone can help me with it. I've done what others have said to do, but it's still not working for me - still says "NOT AVAILABLE" to purchase. Thanks.

Thank you for writing in and trying the steps in this thread already. I know it can be tricky figuring out exactly what might be preventing your items from being for sale online. Item variations, fulfilment settings, location settings or item stock tracking might be at play here which is why I recommend checking each of these via the steps outlined in this guide. Please let us know how you go!
