We like using the “out of stock” banner on most of our site, as it makes the experience much better for browsers. But we have some items with many variations, and if just one variation is out of stock, the banner displays on the item, giving the impression that the entire item is out of stock. This is misleading and could be losing us sales. Can this be changed? We don’t want to turn it off completely as it’s still been valuable elsewhere. Thank you!
I have been experiencing the same thing. I have been going in and deleting the variation, then adding it again when it is back in stock. Is there a way to "hide" it like with the modifiers?
Hi @KingstonBread and @kaslowjen - Thanks for bringing this up. This is currently a feature request but I can definitely see how it can be confusing for your customers to see that banner show up and deflect them from the entire item in general.
I'll make sure to pass this feedback along to our Product team so they can keep track of these types of requests for future developments.
