Item showing in online store but not in item library or category (so cannot be deleted)

Hi - The below item is showing on my online store. It is possibly an old item that I deleted and then recreated later with an updated higher price.

Both this and the other higher priced item is showing (very confusing!).

I want to delete the duplicate item above but cannot see the entry in item library or the Ji Chang Wook Category it is in. Help please.

I notified a moderator about this. I'm not sure if something is going on- but we've had issues with deleted items showing up from time to time OR items with zero stock all of the sudden having stock even though we didn't add it. It's incredibly frustrating.

Thanks for flagging this @DinaLRosenberg! Sometimes it might just be a delay in syncing, so I can definitely get our eCom team to investigate and refresh the site here to make sure only the right item are showing up. 

Just to confirm @whitepencil, this item (priced at A$25) is the one you want to remove, is that correct? 

@DinaLRosenberg I can also ask the team to help refresh your site too! When you have a moment, could you share an example of an item that should not be visible?
