I have set a flat fee shipping cost, but when I go to apple or google pay it is still saying free

I have set a flat fee shipping cost, but when I go to apple or google pay it is still saying free shipping for customers? how can I fix this?

@energy123 - I recommend reaching out to our Ecom Team so they can take a look at your shipping settings and ensure everything is set up properly.
