Issue with pickup and the name of the buyer
I've just enabled pickup as an option with my online store. All looks good except...
When the buyer checks out, it appears they can enter an email address and phone number, but they don't have to enter their name. This is a bit unfortunate as we then have no idea who has actually purchased the items.
Is there a way to make the name fields compulsory?
regards
Alan

It appears they do enter the name as it appears on the 'orders' page on the web site. But it does NOT appear on the email we get that tells us a new order has been placed.

Hi @alansh, thank you for flagging this! The email notification you received when an order is placed is a copy of the email that your customer received, so will not include all the details you may need. In this case, to check the customer's name and details, it's best to do so from the Orders tab on your Square Dashboard or within your Square Point of Sale app.
