Catagory not showing up in POS sales report for week.. location issue

I have 2 locations listed, 1 active, 1 inactive that is labeled Kiosk. We use the square terminal for mobile set ups we do. When I run a report for the week off the POS, the kiosk ( i just named it kiosk, its not squares kiosk) totals will not show up unless I choose all locations. The "kiosk" location shows inactive and I dont understand why those sales are showing up under that instead of my main active location. What have I done lol Anyone have a clue?

we have had issues adding new items this past spring at the pos cashier and choosing a category, at time of setup... when the item is sold the item is showing up as uncategorized (however, checking the item in the item dashboard on  a desk top, you can clearly see that it has a category assigned)  i feel it could be a bug.  we just delete the item and re-enter it in at the dashboard.
