We are coming up on EOY 2025! What has been your best food or drink creation this year? Anything completely shock you? Our tater seasoning has absolutely taken us by surprise to the point I had to go without it because I couldn't get roasted garlic powder replenished fast enough, 😅 can't keep those stock around long!
Mmmmm. I love spice shops. We have one here in Greater Cincinnati that has been around for decades. My favorite thing about them is that I can but spices and blends by the the tablespoon -- no more large quantities on hand and wasted for a household of two! Anyway...
At my ice cream shop we have 70+ flavors and 50+ toppings available for our soft serve frozen treats. Since we have literally (yes, LITERALLY!) millions of possibilities available, it took me a while to realize that more than a few people get overwhelmed by that. I've never been an indecisive person, and it's hard for me to understand people who can make decisions. Ha.
Anyway, at the end of last year we introduced Signature Sundaes. Basically we scoured desert recipes and came up with around a dozen sundaes based on traditional desserts. This year they really were stars. In fact, next year we are going to have a contest for our customers to submit ideas for new Signatures, with the winners being added to our permanent collection.
I still don't understand people who can't make decisions for themselves. But, I also can't argue with the success of meeting those poor, unfortunate folks half-way.
WOW! So many options, but I do love a good sundae. Next time I'm traveling down I-75, I know where I'm stopping for a sweet treat!
Hey @TheRealChipA ,
Any chance you could give us an example of one your Signature sundaes?
I found myself curious...what was the best seller?
Our best seller this year has been the blueberry lavender preserve. We have restocked it over 12 times and we still need to make more!
more.
I'm gonna need a 5-gallon bucket with a large spoon...please 🙂
You can start with an 8oz jar from our website stickyspoonsjam.com 🫐🍋🪻😋
