square has been holding our money for more than a week and won't tell us what documents they need to release our funds. they said it would take 3 days to be contacted by the fraud department - and that hasn't happened. I did notice that they restrict access and move all inquiries that show their misstatements so I expect they'll do this to me as well. when we pressed the agent, they threatened to put a 90 day hold on our funds.
just let us know why the hold and how to prove, after 2 years with square, that we are who we say we are
HI, there should be a notification within your Square Dashboard which states what is needed or an email was sent asking for documents. If 100% of the documents are not submitted they will hold your funds for 90 days.
