Contact form isn't quite what I expected

I've got a contact form on the front page of my online store - it's one from your template.

When I test it out, two things are not quite what I expect:

1. It appears to come from Weebly. Why is this?

2. There appear to be some linked pictures in the email but they are not visible. See the screenshot below. What should they be and why do I not see them?

Cheers

Alan

Hi again @alansh!

I just want to make sure we're on the same page here before jumping in

1. Are you asking why the email informing you of a new form entry is being sent to your email inbox from Weebly?

2. What web browser are you currently using? We recommend Google Chrome.
If you are using Outlook, I can confirm that we are aware of display issues related to emails viewed in Outlook.

1. Yes. I was expecting it to come from Square. It's not a big issue.

2. Yes, I view it from Outlook on my desktop. I never use web access to email. If you are aware of the issue, then that is fine.

Thanks

Alan

@Valentina  I would also prefer contact form mails to come from Square. Why are you talking about the preferred browser when referring to emails

Hey @tonydow, just stepping in for Valentina here! Thanks for your feedback regarding the form being sent via Weebly and not Square. I'll definitely surface this with our team.

With regards to preferred browsers, some prefer to check their email within the app while some prefer checking it via a web browser, so we just want to make sure that we fully understand the issue at hand here!

The weebly references isnt the only issue for me...

The bigger issues for me are:

(1) If I try to reply to the Contact Form email from a customer, I cant reply to it as it sends the reply to [email protected] rather than the customers email address. I have to copy the sender address and paste into the To field manually.

(2) If I do reply, the email will confuse the customer becuase it references Weebly, so I actually have to create a new email to send to the customer. This then loses the history of the original email.

I think it needs improving to be honest. Remove the referenced to Weebly and make is simply to reply to web form emails.

thanks

James
