I was denied a small loan cause they said my payment account was high risk. When can I be eligible a

I have had a few smalls loans with square, my small business always made money to keep payments going and I have even paid them off early from my payment account. Not once have a missed any payments and now I’m not eligible even though everything looks good on my square. This is stupid, and it doesn’t even say when I could be eligible again or if I can fight that decision.

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. Any decision from Square is final, we have never had a reconsideration line.  Have you spoke with the banking team to try and clear things up?  I'm not sure if that would help at all , as its something that is probably getting flagged automatically by the system. 

 

I'm not sure of when you would be eligible again, but there will most likely be a minimum 30 day wait (assumption). Moving forward, I think you could try setting up an invoice with the deposit option sending it to the customer vs taking the manual entry that should reduce the payments getting flagged.

Sorry about that.  Disregard the last part, that was supposed to be in reference to another seller. 

 

I would try to reach out to the banking department to see if they can give you a more clear explanation as to what or why your business would be considered high risk.  Although they  most likely will not be able to tell you, exactly but possibly point you in the correct direction.
