Can I pay off the remaining loan early and in a few days give another loan?

If I prepay off my loan early can I ask for another loan for example if I have $5,000 remaining and I pay it off a few days later can I get another loan? Or is there a waiting period before you can apply for another

Paying off your loan doesn't guarantee an another loan automatically becoming available. It depends on account history and other factors before it is issued.
