Square Register not showing extra blocked time in appointments

Hi, I have the square register and we use appoinments.  After each appointment, we have extra time added on for clean up.  On my laptop and mobile device, the extra time is blocked.  But on the register appointments, it is not showing, it is only blocking the time we have in for the appointment?  Any idea how to fix this?

Hi @HeyBaby- I've got this question in to my Appointments team to see if this is a known issue or something that can be changed with a simple click. Hang tight and I'll circle back with you.

Thank you!  It's only on the register.  On my phone and laptop, it is showing the extra time as blocked.

Thanks for checking back in @HeyBaby. I just got word from the team. 

 

Looks like we've intentionally stopped showing the "Blocked Extra Time" row on the Appointment Detail screen in an effort to conserve vertical space. However, the time should still be blocked on the Appointment edit/details screen (it's just in small print.)

Hi, @nika  no that is not happening.  The second picture is my calendar screen, we can still click an appointment time immediately after the client and book it, so it is double booked.  The first is my appointment detail screen, it shows only 15 appt, when it should be 15 min plus 15 min blocked. Now, on my laptop and mobile device, it is showing the extra blocked time. IMG_6308.jpgIMG_6309.jpg

Yikes. Thanks for clarifying @HeyBaby. Then in this case I'm not sure. 

 

You may want to go ahead and contact our Appointments Team so they can dig into this a bit more for you. So sorry!
