I'm not a seller, but my credit card is linked to a friends account?

The other day I was making a purchase and my friend wanted the SquareUp points so I let her put her phone number in.  Now she gets receipt emails of everything I purchase on that credit card.  How do I remove my card from her account?

at the bottom of the emailed or texted receipt, there is a link at the bottom for "not my receipt" that will unlink the card.
