I can't log out of Register because it says I have an unfinished payment.

I can't log out of Register on my ipad because it says I have an unfinished payment.  I tried rebooting and now I can't open Register.  This is not acceptable.  I believe it was a cash transaction.  When I looked at activity (when I could) there was one $8 transaction that had "issue receipt" and "issue refund" grayed out.  What can I do now to get my register back?

@Bradsfood I would double click on my iPads home button and then when you see the Square Register App, swipe up quickly to close it. Then reopen Register and you should be ok.

I tried that first and it didn't help.  Then I rebooted my ipad.  Now the app won't open at all.

@Bradsfood, I would delete the Square App and reinstall it. Then try to open it and log in.

I'm having the same problem... Will I have to delete the program and reload it? Did that work?
