Is it possible to know if a person made an appointment for a specific staff member vs "anyone"?
Yes! So if you click on their booking, if they have pressed on the "Book with any available" this will show next to the staff members name underneath the service they are having. If they have chosen a particular staff member it will just show the staff members name. This isn't the case when you book the appointments yourself in person, it's currently only the case when the client books online, but I suppose you could manage this by writing notes on the clients account.
