    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/425536"&gt;@thebrim110&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;It sounds like your employee is trying to set up a new Square Team account. &amp;nbsp;Their job with you will be there. &amp;nbsp;Since they already have one, they can just sign into the existing account using those old credentials. &amp;nbsp;Square Team allows employees who have multiple jobs that all use Square to use one account for all jobs. &amp;nbsp;And they can still access their old job’s historical documents like W-2s, etc. &amp;nbsp;If they have forgotten their old password they can click on the link to reset it and they will get an email with instructions on how to do this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just hired a new person and when I invite her to use app, it tells her she already is set up but this was through an old employer that used square too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had this happen, if so do they have to create an entirely new email??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
