I don't think Square Bill Pay allow you to pay via physical check.

we are trying to add option so that you will be able to send physical checks directly from squre. Now you need to export the payment then you need to import it.

I use my business checking account through Billpay online with my bank out of Square. I have my payees listed in my Payee for my bank account, fill in the date to send and the amount and then the bank handles the rest.

Yes, Square Bill Pay has the option to pay with a physical check instead of ACH or eCheck. That’s why I said I sometimes paid bills that way. See screen shot. When you add a bill, that’s one of the options for Payment Delivery.
