Is it possible to apply commissions based on customer? Sales reps paid based on their customer sales

In commissions, is it possible apply commissions based the sales of a sales group? I have outside sales reps who receive a commission based on the sales of the customers that reside in their geographical area. I can set up a customer group that contains these customers. At this time, I’m guessing the best thing for me to do is use that customer group to figure out the sales by month and then do commissions outside of square? Let me know if there is a way to do this through Square.

Hey @HawkFarms – Thanks for your patience while I got back to you. You can definitely set up commissions for your team. Here’s how:

Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Staff > Settings > Commissions.
Select Set up service commissions.
Select the Commission type. If you select Tiers, select if you want to determine tiers by Total value of services sold or Total value of services sold, set your tier cadence, and enter your tiers.
Select the costs to be deducted from a sale period to calculating commission, then select Continue.
Input the commission rates for all team members and select Continue.
Set the effective date. You can also back-date changes if using commission tiers.
Select Save.
