Scheduled VS Actual Hours Reporting

We're looking to streamline our scheduling better and keep better track of call-outs/late arrivals. Is there a time tracking report (exportable) that will allow me to see what an employee was scheduled and whether or not they clocked in/out for that shift?

I like the time tracking reports for timecards, but other than clicking on each individual employee and reviewing each day, I can't just see everything in one exportable file. The "scheduled" hours don't export, and if there are no clock in hours the day doesn't export.

Welcome to the Community!

You can view all team members' scheduled hours versus actual hours per day in the timecard reports, but unfortunately, this data isn’t exportable.

I believe this would be a valuable addition to the Square Staff system, so I recommend submitting it as a feature request in our Ideate Room. The Product Team regularly monitors this forum to gather insights and implement enhancements to our products.
