      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/682600"&gt;@captainwoody&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Definitely a weird issue. &amp;nbsp;It DOES sound like something is wrong with the code behind the email link. &amp;nbsp;For now, in order to get your team member onboarded quickly, it would be wise to sign into your online dashboard when they are around. &amp;nbsp;You can edit their payroll information yourself, select the box that allows you to enter their information, then give them your device to enter their information then &amp;nbsp;and there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, this sounds like a but that should be reported to Square Support. &amp;nbsp;If you can, when you get in touch with them (via chat or email), hopefully your employee can forward the email they are receiving to you. &amp;nbsp;Then you can right-click on the link and copy the URL so that you can paste that into your support chat/email. &amp;nbsp;I was going to recommend that you do that and post that URL here, but that could result in a security issue that none of us wants. &amp;nbsp;Better to handle this with support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you can use the work-around for your immediate needs, however.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
