I have a newer employee and I can't find the Payroll ID, which I need because homebase didn't pick it up so the time isn't syncing. I used to be able to easily find this, but with all the changes I can't seem to locate.

Hi @perkits

There is a Team Member ID under the team member Overview tab and then in Personal Information click Edit and it will pop up to enter that number.

If there is a Team Member ID already filled in for that Team Member it will show on the Personal Information box details.

Is that what you are looking for?

I don't think that's it. All of my Team ID's are blank. We use homebase, and Square shares a unique "Payroll ID" number to sync info from homebase to Square. I have one newer employee that's not syncing and the ID is missing in homebase.

This has happened before and I simply copied the number from Square and entered into homebase. With the recent changes in the Square system I can't seem to locate the ID to copy.

Is this typically a numeric code or a alpha code or alphanumeric?

I do see when I click on a team member, each team member has a 16 character code that shows up in the URL and it appears to be unique for each team member.

And then any section that I click on for that same team member seems to carry this unique 16 character code.
